Red Seal Prep is an independent exam preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Red Seal Program, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), or any provincial regulatory authority. All references to "Red Seal" are for descriptive purposes only.
The App provides study materials and performance tracking tools. Use of this App does not guarantee that you will pass the Red Seal examination. Exam performance depends on many factors including individual knowledge, practical experience, study habits, and exam-day conditions. You are solely responsible for your preparation and performance.
All content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Practice questions are original and are not taken from the official Red Seal exam. Exam requirements and content standards are determined by official governing bodies and may change without notice. Users are responsible for verifying current exam requirements through official sources.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others, attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute question content, or reverse engineer or misuse the platform. Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
Pro features are available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time purchases (Lifetime and 90-Day Plan) grant access for the duration specified. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time — access to Pro features will continue until the end of the billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All subscription payments are processed electronically and grant immediate access to Pro features. Because digital access is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the transaction — requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Seal Prep is not liable for exam outcomes, employment consequences, certification decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update content, pricing, features, and these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
